한국수자원공사법 시행령 제31조(부당이득금의 산정)

① 법 제15조제3항에 따른 부당이득금은 같은 조 제1항에 따른 사용계약을 체결하지 않고 사용한 물의 양 또는 시설의 사용 정도에 상응하는 요금 또는 사용료(이하 "요금등"이라 한다)에 상당하는 금액으로 한다. <개정 2020.9.29>

② 법 제15조제3항에 따른 가산금은 제1항의 요금등에 상당하는 금액에 「은행법」에 따른 은행이 적용하는 연체 이자율을 적용하여 산출한다. <개정 2020.9.29>
