한국수출입은행법 제12조(임원의 임기)

① 임원의 임기는 3년으로 하되, 중임할 수 있다.

② 임원에 결원이 생기면 새로 임명하되, 그 임기는 제1항에 따른 기간으로 한다.

(2) When웬 a어 vacancy^v베이컨시 arises어^r라이지즈 among어멍 officers,오^f퍼서즈 a어 new누 officer오^f퍼서 shall섈 be비 appointed,어포인티드 and앤드 the^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 period피^r리어드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1).

③ 임기가 만료된 임원은 후임자가 임명될 때까지 계속하여 직무를 수행한다. <신설 2026.4.21>
