한국원자력안전기술원법 제9조(임원)

① 안전기술원에 임원으로서 원장을 포함한 11명 이내의 이사와 감사 1명을 둔다.

② 원장의 임기는 3년으로 하고, 이사와 감사의 임기는 2년으로 하되, 원장ㆍ이사ㆍ감사는 1년을 단위로 연임될 수 있다.

(2) The^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 the^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 shall섈 be비 three^θ쓰^r리 years,이어즈 and앤드 the^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 and앤드 the^ð디 auditor오디터 shall섈 be비 two투 years;이어즈 however,하우에^v버 the^ð더 president,프^r레저덴트 directors,더^r렉터즈 and앤드 the^ð디 auditor오디터 may메이 be비 reappointed^r리어포인티드 for^f포 terms텀즈 of어^v브 one원 year이어 each.이치

③ 제1항의 이사 중 원장은 상임으로 하고, 원장을 제외한 이사는 비상임으로 한다.

(3) Among어멍 the^ð더 directors더^r렉터즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), the^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 shall섈 be비 a어 standing스탠딩 director,더^r렉터 and앤드 directors더^r렉터즈 other어^ð더 than^ð댄 the^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 shall섈 be비 non-standing.난-스탠딩

④ 원장을 제외한 임원은 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 및 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 선임한다.

(4) Officers오^f퍼서즈 other어^ð더 than^ð댄 the^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 the^ð디 Act액트 on안 the^ð더 Management매너지먼트 of어^v브 Public퍼블릭 Institutions인스티투션즈 and앤드 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation.인코퍼^r레이션

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 임원의 직무 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 정관으로 정한다.
