한국재정정보원법 제15조(검사 및 시정요구 등)

① 기획예산처장관은 필요하면 소속 공무원에게 한국재정정보원의 업무ㆍ회계 및 재산에 관한 사항을 검사하게 하거나 한국재정정보원에 대하여 필요한 자료의 제출을 요구할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 기획예산처장관은 제1항에 따라 검사를 한 결과 위법하거나 부당한 사항이 있는 경우에는 한국재정정보원에 그 시정을 명하거나 그 밖에 필요한 조치를 할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>
