한국지방재정공제회법 제9조(총회)

Korea Local Finance Mutual-Aid Association Act, Article 9 (General Assembly)

① 공제회는 회원 전원으로 구성되는 총회를 둔다.

② 총회는 다음 각 호의 사항을 의결한다.

6. 운영위원회가 총회의 의결을 거치는 것이 필요하다고 인정하는 사항

③ 총회는 정기총회와 임시총회로 구분한다.

(3) The^ð더 general제너^r럴 assembly어셈블리 shall섈 be비 divided디^v바이디드 into인투 regular^r레귤러 and앤드 extraordinary엑스트^r러오더네^r리 assemblies.어셈블리즈

④ 정기총회는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 매년 한 차례 이사장이 소집한다.

⑤ 임시총회는 이사장이 필요하다고 인정할 때에 소집한다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 때에는 이사장은 14일 이내에 임시총회를 소집하여야 한다.

⑥ 제1항부터 제5항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 총회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 정관으로 정한다.
