한국지방행정연구원 육성법 제3조(출연금)

① 연구원은 국가 및 지방자치단체의 출연금, 그 밖의 수입금에 의하여 운영한다.

(1) The^ð디 Institute인스터툿 shall섈 be비 operated아퍼^r레이티드 by바이 contributions칸트^r러뷰션즈 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 State스테잇 and앤드 local로우클 governments거^v버먼츠 and앤드 other어^ð더 income.인컴

② 국가는 연구원의 시설비 및 운영비에 충당하기 위하여 필요한 출연금을 예산의 범위에서 지급한다.

(2) The^ð더 State스테잇 shall섈 pay,페이 within위^ð딘 the^ð더 budget,버짓 contributions칸트^r러뷰션즈 necessary네서세^r리 to투 cover커^v버 the^ð더 facility^f퍼실리티 costs카스츠 and앤드 operating아퍼^r레이팅 costs카스츠 of어^v브 the^ð디 Institute.인스터툿

③ 지방자치단체는 연구원의 시설비 및 운영비와 제2조의 기금에 충당하기 위하여 필요한 출연금을 예산의 범위에서 지급한다.

(3) Local로우클 governments거^v버먼츠 shall섈 pay,페이 within위^ð딘 the^ð더 budget,버짓 contributions칸트^r러뷰션즈 necessary네서세^r리 to투 cover커^v버 the^ð더 facility^f퍼실리티 costs카스츠 and앤드 operating아퍼^r레이팅 costs카스츠 of어^v브 the^ð디 Institute인스터툿 and앤드 the^ð더 fund^f펀드 under언더 Article아터클 2.

④ 제2항 및 제3항에 따른 출연금의 지급, 사용 및 관리 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
