한국해양과학기술원법 시행령 제13조(출연금 지급규정 등의 준용)

해양과기원이 해양수산부장관 외의 중앙행정기관의 장, 지방자치단체 또는 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제4조에 따른 공공기관으로부터 출연금을 지급받는 경우에는 출연금 예산요구서의 제출, 출연금의 결정 통보, 출연금의 지급ㆍ관리 및 사용, 사업계획서 등의 제출 및 결산 보고 등에 관하여는 제8조부터 제12조까지의 규정을 준용한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
