항만공사법 시행령 제15조의2(징수 위탁)

① 법 제30조의2에 따라 공사가 특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장(자치구의 구청장을 말한다. 이하 같다)에게 사용료 또는 임대료의 징수를 위탁할 경우에는 징수대상자의 성명ㆍ주소, 징수금액, 징수 사유, 납부기간, 그 밖에 징수에 필요한 사항을 적은 징수 위탁서를 보내야 한다. <개정 2017.6.20>

② 법 제30조의2제2항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 금액"이란 특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장이 징수한 금액의 100분의 10에 해당하는 금액을 말한다. <개정 2017.6.20>
