항만시설관리권 등록령 제33조(신청서의 접수)

① 등록공무원은 신청서를 접수한 경우에는 신청서접수대장에 접수연월일, 접수번호, 등록의 목적 및 신청인의 성명(법인인 경우에는 그 명칭), 그 밖에 필요한 사항을 적어야 한다. 다만, 하나의 항만시설관리권에 관하여 동시에 여러 개의 신청이 있는 경우에는 같은 접수번호를 적어야 한다.

② 신청서접수대장의 서식은 해양수산부령으로 정한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
