항만시설관리권 등록령 제58조(등록신청)

① 저당권의 설정등록을 신청하는 경우에는 신청서에 채권액과 채무자를 적고, 등록원인에 변제기, 이자의 발생기 또는 지급시기, 원본 또는 이자의 지급장소를 적으며, 채무불이행으로 발생하는 손해의 배상에 관한 약정이 있는 경우, 「민법」 제358조 단서에 따른 약정이 있는 경우 또는 채권이 조건부인 경우에는 이를 등록원인에 적어야 한다.

② 제1항의 저당권의 내용이 근저당인 경우에는 신청서에 등록원인이 근저당권설정계약이라는 뜻과 채권의 최고액을 적어야 한다.
