항만시설관리권 등록령 제66조(공동담보의 일부의 소멸 또는 변경)

여러 개의 항만시설관리권이 저당권의 목적인 경우로서 그 중 1개의 항만시설관리권을 목적으로 한 저당권 소멸의 등록을 한 경우에는 다른 항만시설관리권에 관하여 제65조에 따라 하는 등록에 그 뜻을 부기하고, 소멸된 사항을 붉은 선으로 지워야 한다. 1개의 항만시설관리권에 대하여 변경의 등록을 한 경우에도 같다.
