항만시설관리권 등록령 제80조(이의에 대한 결정과 항고)

① 관할 지방법원은 이의에 대하여 이유를 붙여 결정을 하여야 한다. 이 경우 이의가 이유 있다고 인정하면 등록공무원에게 그에 해당하는 처분을 하도록 명하고, 그 뜻을 이의신청인과 등록상의 이해관계인에게 알려야 한다.
