항만시설관리권 등록령 제82조(관할법원의 명령에 의한 등록의 방법)

등록공무원이 관할 지방법원의 명령에 의하여 등록을 하는 경우에는 명령의 연월일 및 명령에 의하여 등록을 한다는 뜻과 등록의 연월일을 적고 등록공무원이 도장을 찍어야 한다.
