Maritime Traffic Safety Act, Article 113 (Penalty Provisions)

① 제39조제1항을 위반하여 술에 취한 상태에서 「선박직원법」 제2조제1호에 따른 선박(같은 호 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 외국선박 및 시운전선박을 포함한다)의 조타기를 조작하거나 그 조작을 지시한 운항자 또는 도선을 한 사람은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 처벌한다.

③ 제39조제2항을 위반하여 해양경찰청 소속 경찰공무원의 측정 요구에 따르지 아니한 「선박직원법」 제2조제1호에 따른 선박(같은 호 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 외국선박 및 시운전선박을 포함한다)의 조타기를 조작하거나 그 조작을 지시한 운항자 또는 도선을 한 사람은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 처벌한다.
