해상풍력 보급 촉진 및 산업 육성에 관한 특별법 시행령 제13조(민관협의회 협의 결과의 통보기간)

① 법 제17조제5항 본문에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기간"이란 법 제16조제5항에 따라 기본설계안을 통보받은 다음 날부터 1년(법 제14조제2항에 따라 예비지구가 지정된 경우에는 6개월)을 말한다.

② 법 제17조제5항 단서에 따라 협의 결과의 통보기한을 연장하는 경우 그 연장기간은 6개월을 초과할 수 없다.
