Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Use and Management of Beaches, Article 15 (Water Quality Management, etc.)
① 법 제30조제1항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 환경기준"이란 별표 1 제2호나목3)에 따른 기준을 말한다.
(1) The "environmental standards prescribed by Presidential Decree" in Article 30 (1) of the Act means the standards in Attached Table 1, subparagraph 2 (b) 3).
② 법 제30조제2항 전단에서 "자연재해의 발생 등 대통령령으로 정하는 사유가 발생한 경우"란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나를 해당하는 경우를 말한다.
(2) "Where grounds prescribed by Presidential Decree, such as the occurrence of a natural disaster, arise" in the former part of Article 30 (2) of the Act means any of the following cases:
1. 「자연재해대책법」 제2조제2호에 따른 자연재해로 인하여 해수욕장의 수질이 악화되었거나 악화될 우려가 있는 경우
1. Where the water quality of a beach has deteriorated or is likely to deteriorate owing to a natural disaster under Article 2, subparagraph 2 of the Countermeasures against Natural Disasters Act;
2. 「해양환경관리법」 제2조제2호에 따른 해양오염이 발생하였거나 발생될 우려가 있는 사고가 발생한 경우
2. Where an accident has occurred that has caused or is likely to cause marine pollution under Article 2, subparagraph 2 of the Marine Environment Management Act;
3. 생활하수 등 육상에서 발생한 오염원(汚染源)으로 인하여 해수욕장의 수질이 악화되었거나 악화될 우려가 있는 경우
3. Where the water quality of a beach has deteriorated or is likely to deteriorate owing to pollution sources generated on land, such as domestic sewage.
