Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Investigation of and Inquiry into Marine Accidents, Article 26-2 (Application for Permission to Establish the Association)

① 법 제30조의2에 따라 심판변론인협회(이하 "협회"라 한다)를 설립하려는 심판변론인은 허가신청서에 다음 각 호의 사항을 적은 서류와 정관을 첨부하여 해양수산부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
