해양생태계의 보전 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제16조(해양보호생물의 포획ㆍ채취등의 허가절차)

①법 제20조제1항 각 호 외의 부분 단서, 같은 항 제1호부터 제4호까지 및 제6호에 따라 해양보호생물의 포획ㆍ채취ㆍ이식ㆍ가공ㆍ유통ㆍ보관ㆍ훼손(이하 "포획ㆍ채취등"이라 한다)의 허가를 받으려는 자는 별지 제8호서식에 따른 허가신청서에 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 서류를 첨부하여 관할 시ㆍ도지사에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.3.14, 2012.10.16, 2019.6.27, 2021.12.7>
