Enforcement Rule of the Act on the Conservation and Management of Marine Ecosystems, Article 25 (Procedures for Designation of Marine Protected Areas)

해양수산부장관은 법 제26조제3항에 따라 해양보호구역을 지정ㆍ변경 또는 해제한 때에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 관보에 고시하여야 한다. 다만, 해양보호구역을 변경 또는 해제한 경우에는 제6호의 사항을 제외하고, 제7호부터 제9호까지의 사항은 바뀐 사항만을 고시하여야 한다. <개정 2008.3.14, 2013.3.24>
