Enforcement Rule of the Act on the Conservation and Management of Marine Ecosystems, Article 24 (Signs for Marine Protected Areas)

① 해양수산부장관은 법 제25조제1항 및 제2항에 따라 지정된 해양보호구역을 효율적으로 관리하기 위해 다음 각 호의 업무를 수행한다. <신설 2012.10.16, 2013.3.24>

②해양수산부장관은 법 제25조제1항에 따라 지정된 해양보호구역의 관리를 위하여 해양보호구역에 안내판과 표지기둥을 설치해야 한다. <개정 2008.3.14, 2012.10.16, 2013.3.24, 2021.6.9>
