Enforcement Rule of the Act on the Conservation and Management of Marine Ecosystems, Article 35 (Procedures for Permission for Export and Import of Marine Organisms)

①법 제42조제1항 각 호 외의 부분 본문에 따라 해양생물을 수입ㆍ수출ㆍ반입ㆍ반출의 허가를 받으려는 자는 별지 제20호서식에 따른 허가신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 관할 지방해양수산청장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.3.14, 2013.3.24, 2015.1.8>

②지방해양수산청장은 제1항에 따른 허가신청을 받은 경우 허가를 하려는 때에는 별지 제21호서식에 따른 허가서를 내주어야 한다. <개정 2008.3.14, 2015.1.8>

③해양수산부장관은 해양생물을 수출하는데 필요하여 종증명서 발급을 요청하는 자에게 종증명확인서를 발급하여 줄 수 있으며, 종증명확인서 발급에 필요한 사항은 해양수산부장관이 정하여 고시한다. <개정 2008.3.14, 2013.3.24>
