Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Conservation and Management of Marine Ecosystems, Article 12-2 (Minor Changes to the Marine Protected Area Management Plan)
법 제28조제1항 각 호 외의 부분 단서에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 경미한 사항을 변경할 때"란 다음 각 호의 경우를 말한다.
The term "when changing minor matters prescribed by Presidential Decree" in the proviso to the part preceding the subparagraphs of Article 28 (1) of the Act means the following cases:
1. 다른 법령의 제정ㆍ개정 또는 폐지에 따라 그 내용을 반영하기 위해 변경하는 경우로서 해양보호구역관리계획의 기본 방향에 영향을 미치지 않는 경우
1. Where the change is made to reflect the enactment, amendment, or repeal of other statutes and does not affect the basic direction of the marine protected area management plan;
2. 단순한 착오, 오기(誤記), 누락 또는 이에 준하는 명백한 오류를 수정하려는 경우
2. Where simple mistakes, clerical errors, omissions, or equivalent obvious errors are to be corrected;
3. 단순한 현황 또는 통계자료를 수정하려는 경우
3. Where simple status or statistical data are to be corrected.
