Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Conservation and Management of Marine Ecosystems, Article 21-2 (Designation of National Marine Ecological Parks)

① 해양수산부장관은 법 제43조의2제1항에 따라 국가해양생태공원을 지정하려는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 고려해야 한다.
