Enforcement Decree of the Overseas Construction Promotion Act, Article 20-3 (Composition and Operation of Overseas Construction Promotion Committee, etc.)

① 법 제17조의3제1항제4호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 사항"이란 다음 각 호의 사항을 말한다. <개정 2018.4.24, 2019.9.10>

④ 국토교통부장관은 위원회의 위원(이하 "위원"이라 한다) 명단을 인터넷 홈페이지 등을 통하여 공개하여야 한다.

(4) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport트^r랜스포트 shall섈 disclose디스클로우즈 the^ð더 list리스트 of어^v브 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "members")멤버즈 on안 a어 website웨브사잇 or오 by바이 other어^ð더 means.민즈

⑤ 제3항제2호에 따른 위원의 임기는 2년으로 한다.

⑥ 위원장은 위원회의 회의를 소집하고, 그 의장이 된다.

⑦ 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

⑨ 법 제17조의2에 따라 출자하거나 투자하는 공공기관은 위원회에 출석하여 발언할 수 있다.
