Enforcement Decree of the Overseas Construction Promotion Act, Article 29-10 (Appointment of Agents)

① 지원공사는 사장이 법 제28조의14제1항에 따라 대리인을 선임한 경우에는 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 2주일 이내에 다음 각 호의 사항을 등기해야 한다. 등기한 사항이 변경된 경우에도 또한 같다. <개정 2025.1.21>
