해운법 제55조(공표)

해양수산부장관은 해운업계의 질서유지와 화주의 권익보호 및 안전한 여객ㆍ화물 운송을 위하여 필요하다고 인정되면 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 해운업자(외국인 해운업자를 포함한다)가 이 법을 위반하여 받게 된 행정처분에 관한 사항을 공표할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2016.3.29, 2017.3.21>
