혁신도시 조성 및 발전에 관한 특별법 시행령 제32조의2(혁신도시발전추진단의 구성 및 운영 등)

① 법 제32조에 따른 혁신도시발전추진단(이하 "혁신도시발전추진단"이라 한다)의 단장은 국토교통부 제1차관이 되고, 부단장은 국토교통부의 고위공무원단에 속하는 일반직공무원 중에서 국토교통부장관이 지명한다.

② 단장은 국토교통부장관의 명을 받아 혁신도시발전추진단의 업무를 총괄한다.

(2) The^ð더 head헤드 shall섈 oversee오우^v버시 the^ð디 affairs어^f페어즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 Innovation이너^v베이션 City시티 Development디^v벨럽먼트 Promotion프^r러모우션 Team팀 under언더 the^ð더 direction더^r렉션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport.트^r랜스포트

③ 제1항 및 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 혁신도시발전추진단의 구성ㆍ운영 등에 필요한 세부사항은 국토교통부장관이 정한다.
