형사소송법 제266조의16(열람ㆍ등사된 서류등의 남용금지)

①피고인 또는 변호인(피고인 또는 변호인이었던 자를 포함한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)은 검사가 열람 또는 등사하도록 한 제266조의3제1항에 따른 서면 및 서류등의 사본을 당해 사건 또는 관련 소송의 준비에 사용할 목적이 아닌 다른 목적으로 다른 사람에게 교부 또는 제시(전기통신설비를 이용하여 제공하는 것을 포함한다)하여서는 아니 된다.

②피고인 또는 변호인이 제1항을 위반하는 때에는 1년 이하의 징역 또는 500만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.
