형사소송법 제275조(공판정의 심리)

①공판기일에는 공판정에서 심리한다.

(1) On안 a어 trial트^r라이얼 date,데잇 the^ð더 hearing히^r링 shall섈 be비 held헬드 in인 the^ð더 courtroom.코트^r룸

②공판정은 판사와 검사, 법원사무관등이 출석하여 개정한다. <개정 2007.6.1>

(2) The^ð더 court코트 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 judge,저지 the^ð더 public퍼블릭 prosecutor,프^r라시큐터 and앤드 a어 court코트 clerk,클러크 etc.엣세터^r러 present.프^r레전트

③검사의 좌석과 피고인 및 변호인의 좌석은 대등하며, 법대의 좌우측에 마주 보고 위치하고, 증인의 좌석은 법대의 정면에 위치한다. 다만, 피고인신문을 하는 때에는 피고인은 증인석에 좌석한다. <개정 2007.6.1>
