형의 집행 및 수용자의 처우에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제184조(보호장비 사용의 중단)

① 교도관은 법 제97조제1항 각 호에 따른 보호장비 사용 사유가 소멸한 경우에는 소장의 허가를 받아 지체 없이 보호장비 사용을 중단하여야 한다. 다만, 소장의 허가를 받을 시간적 여유가 없을 때에는 보호장비 사용을 중단한 후 지체 없이 소장의 승인을 받아야 한다. <개정 2013.4.16>

② 교도관은 보호장비 착용 수용자의 목욕, 식사, 용변, 치료 등을 위하여 필요한 경우에는 보호장비 사용을 일시 중지하거나 완화할 수 있다. <개정 2013.4.16>
