Act on the Execution of Sentences and the Treatment of Inmates, Article 11 (Separate Accommodation by Category)

① 수용자는 다음 각 호에 따라 구분하여 수용한다. <개정 2008.12.11>

4. 사형확정자: 교도소 또는 구치소. 이 경우 구체적인 구분 기준은 법무부령으로 정한다.
