화물자동차 운수사업법 시행규칙 제38조의2(허가기준에 관한 사항의 신고 등)

① 법 제24조제7항에 따라 화물자동차 운송주선사업 허가기준에 관한 사항을 신고하려는 자는 영 제3조제3항에 따른 기간이 지난 날부터 3개월 이내에 별지 제29호서식의 화물자동차 운송주선사업 허가사항 신고서를 관할관청에 제출해야 한다. <개정 2018.12.31, 2025.12.29>

② 제1항에 따른 화물자동차 운송주선사업 허가사항 신고서에는 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부해야 한다. 이 경우 관할관청은 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 법인 등기사항증명서(신고인이 법인인 경우만 해당한다)를 확인해야 한다. <개정 2022.9.30>
