① 산업통상부장관은 법 제18조의2제1항에 따른 정기검사를 받은 자에게 산업통상부령으로 정하는 정기검사증명서를 내주어야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

③ 산업통상부장관은 법 제18조의2제1항에 따라 정기검사 또는 수시검사를 하려는 경우에는 검사 7일 전까지 검사일시, 검사목적 및 검사내용 등을 포함한 검사계획을 검사받을 자에게 알려야 한다. 다만, 긴급한 경우 또는 사전에 알리면 증거인멸 등으로 조사의 목적을 달성할 수 없다고 인정되는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
