Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons and Biological Weapons and the Regulation of Manufacture and Import/Export of Specified Chemicals and Biological Agents, Article 9-2 (Report on Possession of Biological Agents, etc.)

① 법 제13조의2제1항에 따라 생물작용제등을 보유하는 자는 보유한 날부터 30일 안에 보유량, 보유경위, 보유기간 등을 산업통상부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 산업통상부장관에게 신고하여야 한다. 다만, 별표 4에서 정하는 일정량 미만의 독소의 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
