화학물질의 등록 및 평가 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제10조의2(기존화학물질의 변경신고 사항)
Enforcement Decree of the Act on Registration and Evaluation, etc. of Chemicals, Article 10-2 (Matters for Change Reports of Existing Chemicals)
법 제10조제3항 각 호 외의 부분에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 사항이 변경된 경우"란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우를 말한다.
"Cases where matters prescribed by Presidential Decree have changed" in the part preceding the subparagraphs of Article 10 (3) of the Act means any of the following:
1. 연간 제조량 또는 수입량의 무게범위가 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에서 다른 목으로 변경된 경우
1. Where the weight range of annual manufacturing or import volume has changed from one of the following items to another:
가. 1톤 이상 10톤 미만
(a) 1 ton or more and less than 10 tons;
나. 10톤 이상 100톤 미만
(b) 10 tons or more and less than 100 tons;
다. 100톤 이상 1천톤 미만
(c) 100 tons or more and less than 1,000 tons;
라. 1천톤 이상
(d) 1,000 tons or more;
2. 화학물질의 분류ㆍ표시가 변경된 경우
2. Where the classification and labeling of the chemical have changed;
3. 별표 2의 화학물질 용도분류체계에 따른 용도가 변경된 경우(새로운 소비자 용도가 확인되어 변경된 경우만 해당한다)
3. Where the use under the chemical use classification system in Table 2 has changed (limited to changes due to identification of a new consumer use);
4. 법 제10조제3항에 따라 신고한 자의 상호, 소재지 또는 연락처가 변경된 경우
4. Where the trade name, location, or contact information of the person who reported under Article 10 (3) of the Act has changed;
5. 화학물질을 수입하는 자의 구성이 변경된 경우(법 제38조에 따라 국외제조ㆍ생산자가 선임한 자가 신고한 경우만 해당한다)
5. Where the composition of persons importing the chemical has changed (limited to cases reported by a person appointed by a foreign manufacturer or producer under Article 38 of the Act);
6. 화학물질을 위탁받아 제조하는 자의 구성이 변경된 경우(화학물질을 위탁하여 제조하는 자가 신고한 경우만 해당한다)
6. Where the composition of persons manufacturing the chemical on consignment has changed (limited to cases reported by the person who consigns the manufacture of the chemical).
