화학물질의 등록 및 평가 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제15조의4(과징금의 가산금 및 독촉 등)

① 법 제17조의3제1항에 따른 과징금의 가산금은 체납된 과징금에 연 100분의 3을 곱하여 계산한 금액으로 한다.

③ 제2항에 따라 독촉장을 발급하는 경우 체납된 과징금의 납부기한은 발급일부터 10일 이내로 한다.

④ 법 제17조의3제3항에 따른 환급가산금은 환급될 과징금(법원의 판결에 따라 과징금 부과처분이 취소되어 그 판결이유에 따라 새로 과징금을 부과하는 경우에는 당초 납부한 과징금에서 새로 부과하는 과징금을 뺀 나머지 금액을 말한다)에 「국세기본법 시행령」 제43조의3제2항에 따른 이자율을 곱하여 계산한 금액으로 한다.
