환경개선비용 부담법 시행령 제14조(대당 기본 부과금액)

① 법 제10조에 따른 대당(臺當) 기본 부과금액은 기준 부과금액에 기후에너지환경부장관이 고시하는 부과금산정지수를 곱한 금액으로 한다. <개정 2015.6.9, 2025.10.1>

③ 제1항에 따른 부과금산정지수는 매년 전년도의 부과금산정지수에 전년도의 물가상승률을 고려한 가격변동지수를 곱한 것으로 한다.
