Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Liability of Accounting Officials, Article 1 (Scope of Delegation)
「회계관계직원 등의 책임에 관한 법률」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제6조제2항에 따른 기관별ㆍ직위별 위임 한도액의 범위는 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른다. <개정 2017.9.5, 2018.11.27>
The scope of the delegated limit amounts by agency and position under Article 6 (2) of the Act on the Liability of Accounting Officials (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") shall be as follows, according to the classification below:
1. 「물품관리법」 제46조에 따라 물품이 없어지거나 훼손(毁損)된 경우에 대한 변상명령조치인 경우
1. Where a compensation order measure is taken for goods lost or damaged under Article 46 of the Goods Management Act:
가. 1급 공무원(이에 상당하는 특정직ㆍ별정직 공무원을 포함한다) 또는 고위공무원단에 속하는 일반직ㆍ특정직ㆍ별정직 공무원을 장으로 하는 기관: 건당 6백만원 미만
(a) An agency headed by a Grade 1 public official (including a special service or special-appointment public official of equivalent rank) or a general, special service, or special-appointment public official belonging to the Senior Civil Service: less than 6 million won per case;
나. 2급ㆍ3급 공무원(이에 상당하는 특정직ㆍ별정직 공무원을 포함한다) 또는 고위공무원단에 속하는 일반직ㆍ특정직ㆍ별정직 공무원을 장으로 하는 기관: 건당 4백만원 미만
(b) An agency headed by a Grade 2 or Grade 3 public official (including a special service or special-appointment public official of equivalent rank) or a general, special service, or special-appointment public official belonging to the Senior Civil Service: less than 4 million won per case;
다. 4급ㆍ5급 공무원(이에 상당하는 특정직ㆍ별정직 공무원을 포함한다)을 장으로 하는 기관: 건당 2백만원 미만
(c) An agency headed by a Grade 4 or Grade 5 public official (including a special service or special-appointment public official of equivalent rank): less than 2 million won per case.
2. 「군수품관리법」 제28조제2항에 따라 군수품을 잃어버리거나 훼손한 경우에 대한 변상명령조치인 경우
2. Where a compensation order measure is taken for military supplies lost or damaged under Article 28 (2) of the Military Supplies Management Act:
가. 각군 참모총장: 건당 1천만원 미만
(a) Chief of Staff of each military service: less than 10 million won per case;
나. 중장급 이상 장성급(將星級) 장교를 장으로 하는 국방관서 또는 부대: 건당 8백만원 미만
(b) A defense office or unit headed by a general-officer-grade officer of lieutenant general rank or higher: less than 8 million won per case;
다. 준장급 이상 장성급 장교를 장으로 하는 국방관서 또는 부대: 건당 6백만원 미만
(c) A defense office or unit headed by a general-officer-grade officer of brigadier general rank or higher: less than 6 million won per case;
라. 1급 공무원(이에 상당하는 특정직ㆍ별정직 공무원을 포함한다) 또는 고위공무원단에 속하는 일반직ㆍ특정직ㆍ별정직 공무원을 장으로 하는 국방관서: 건당 6백만원 미만
(d) A defense office headed by a Grade 1 public official (including a special service or special-appointment public official of equivalent rank) or a general, special service, or special-appointment public official belonging to the Senior Civil Service: less than 6 million won per case;
마. 2급ㆍ3급 공무원(이에 상당하는 특정직ㆍ별정직 공무원을 포함한다) 또는 고위공무원단에 속하는 일반직ㆍ특정직ㆍ별정직 공무원을 장으로 하는 국방관서: 건당 4백만원 미만
(e) A defense office headed by a Grade 2 or Grade 3 public official (including a special service or special-appointment public official of equivalent rank) or a general, special service, or special-appointment public official belonging to the Senior Civil Service: less than 4 million won per case.
