Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Liability of Accounting Officials, Article 2 (Compensation Standards)

제1조 각 호에 따른 위임 한도액의 범위에서 각 기관, 각군, 국방관서 또는 부대의 장이 변상명령조치를 하려는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 기준에 따라 처리하고 그 결과를 지체 없이 소속 장관 또는 감독기관의 장에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2018.11.27>

1. 변상은 현금으로 하는 것을 원칙으로 하되, 현금으로 변상시키는 것이 국가에 불리할 때에는 현물(現物)로 변상하게 할 수 있다.
