30개월 이상 복무한 상등병 만기전역자의 특별진급을 위한 특별법 제9조(이의신청)

① 제8조에 따른 복무 기관장의 결정에 대하여 이의가 있는 신청인은 이를 통보받은 날부터 60일 이내에 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 관계 증명서류를 첨부하여 서면으로 복무 기관장에게 이의신청을 할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 이의신청이 있는 경우 복무 기관장은 특별진급 여부에 관하여 다시 심사하여 이의신청이 있는 날부터 60일 이내에 신청인에게 서면으로 통보하여야 한다. 이 경우 심사 및 통보 절차에 관하여는 제8조제1항 단서, 같은 조 제2항부터 제5항까지의 규정을 준용한다.
