5ㆍ18민주화운동 진상규명을 위한 특별법 시행령 제10조(친족관계 등의 범위)

① 법 제23조제1항에 따른 친족관계에 있는 자는 「민법」 제777조에 따른 친족의 범위에 해당하는 사람으로 한다.

② 법 제23조제1항에 따른 특별한 사실을 알고 있는 자는 진상규명 사건을 경험하거나 목격한 사람과 경험하거나 목격한 사람으로부터 그 사실을 직접 전하여 들은 사람으로 한다. 다만, 경험하거나 목격한 사람으로부터 그 사실을 직접 전하여 들은 사람의 경우에는 경험하거나 목격한 사람이 특정되고 생존하고 있는 등 경험하거나 목격한 사람에 대한 조사가 가능한 경우로 한정한다.
