6ㆍ25전쟁 무공훈장 수여 등에 관한 법률 제7조(인정 여부의 통보 등)

① 단장은 제5조에 따른 공로자 또는 그 유가족 인정 여부에 대하여 신청 대상자에게 그 사실을 지체 없이 통보하여야 한다.

② 제1항의 통보 결과에 대하여 이의가 있는 신청 대상자는 재신청을 할 수 있으며, 그 절차 및 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.

③ 단장은 제1항에 따라 사실을 통보받은 공로자 또는 그 유가족 등이 「국가유공자 등 예우 및 지원에 관한 법률」 제6조에 따른 등록을 신청할 수 있도록 지원하여야 한다.
