가사소송법 제29조(혈액형 등의 수검 명령)

① 가정법원은 당사자 또는 관계인 사이의 혈족관계의 유무를 확정할 필요가 있는 경우에 다른 증거조사에 의하여 심증(心證)을 얻지 못한 때에는 검사를 받을 사람의 건강과 인격의 존엄을 해치지 아니하는 범위에서, 당사자 또는 관계인에게 혈액채취에 의한 혈액형의 검사 등 유전인자의 검사나 그 밖에 적당하다고 인정되는 방법에 의한 검사를 받을 것을 명할 수 있다.

② 제1항의 명령을 할 때에는 제67조에 규정된 제재(制裁)를 고지하여야 한다.
