건설산업기본법 시행령 제7조의2(주력분야의 등록 및 말소)

① 전문공사를 시공하는 업종을 등록하려는 자는 법 제9조제1항 본문에 따라 건설업을 등록할 때 해당 업종의 업무분야 중 주력으로 시공할 수 있는 1개 이상의 업무분야(이하 "주력분야"라 한다)를 정하여 국토교통부장관에게 등록을 신청해야 한다. <개정 2021.12.28>

② 전문공사를 시공하는 업종을 등록한 자가 주력분야를 추가로 등록하려는 경우에는 제13조제1항제1호에 따른 기준을 갖추어 국토교통부장관에게 추가등록을 신청해야 한다. 이 경우 주력분야 등록신청의 심사에 관하여는 제9조를 준용한다. <신설 2021.12.28>

③ 제1항 및 제2항에 따라 해당 업종에서 2개 이상의 주력분야를 등록한 건설사업자가 일부 주력분야의 등록을 말소하려는 경우에는 국토교통부장관에게 말소신청을 해야 한다. <신설 2021.12.28>

④ 제3항에 따른 말소신청을 받은 국토교통부장관은 해당 주력분야의 등록을 말소하고 그 사실을 법 제9조의2에 따른 건설업등록증 및 건설업 등록수첩과 이 영 제12조에 따른 건설업등록대장에 기재해야 한다. <신설 2021.12.28>
