건축법 제103조(분쟁위원회의 운영 및 사무처리 위탁)

① 국토교통부장관은 분쟁위원회의 운영 및 사무처리를 「국토안전관리원법」에 따른 국토안전관리원(이하 "국토안전관리원"이라 한다)에 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2014.5.28, 2017.1.17, 2020.6.9>

② 분쟁위원회의 운영 및 사무처리를 위한 조직 및 인력 등은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2014.5.28>

③ 국토교통부장관은 예산의 범위에서 분쟁위원회의 운영 및 사무처리에 필요한 경비를 국토안전관리원에 출연 또는 보조할 수 있다. <개정 2014.5.28, 2020.6.9>
