건축법 제73조(관계 법령의 적용 특례)

① 특별건축구역에 건축하는 건축물에 대하여는 다음 각 호를 적용하지 아니할 수 있다. <개정 2016.1.19, 2016.2.3>

② 특별건축구역에 건축하는 건축물이 제49조, 제50조, 제50조의2, 제51조부터 제53조까지, 제62조 및 제64조와 「녹색건축물 조성 지원법」 제15조에 해당할 때에는 해당 규정에서 요구하는 기준 또는 성능 등을 다른 방법으로 대신할 수 있는 것으로 지방건축위원회가 인정하는 경우에만 해당 규정의 전부 또는 일부를 완화하여 적용할 수 있다. <개정 2014.1.14>

③ 「소방시설 설치ㆍ유지 및 안전관리에 관한 법률」 제9조와 제11조에서 요구하는 기준 또는 성능 등을 대통령령으로 정하는 절차ㆍ심의방법 등에 따라 다른 방법으로 대신할 수 있는 경우 전부 또는 일부를 완화하여 적용할 수 있다. <개정 2011.8.4>
