고등교육법 제59조의9(전문기관의 지정 및 업무의 위탁)

① 교육부장관은 제59조의2부터 제59조의8까지에 따른 업무를 지원하고 지역 고등교육 관련 조사ㆍ분석ㆍ평가ㆍ연구ㆍ성과관리 등에 관한 사무를 수행하기 위하여 전문기관을 지정할 수 있다.

(1) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Education에저케이션 may메이 designate데저그네잇 a어 specialized스페셜라이즈드 institution인스티투션 to투 support서포트 the^ð더 duties두티즈 under언더 Articles아터클즈 59-2 through^θ쓰^r루 59-8 and앤드 to투 carry캐^r리 out아웃 affairs어^f페어즈 concerning컨서닝 surveys,서^v베이즈 analysis,어낼러시스 evaluation,이^v밸류에이션 research,^r리서치 performance퍼^f포먼스 management,매너지먼트 and앤드 the^ð더 like라이크 related^r릴레이티드 to투 regional^r리저늘 higher하이어 education.에저케이션

② 교육부장관 또는 지방자치단체의 장은 제59조의2부터 제59조의8까지에 따른 업무를 전문기관의 장에게 위탁할 수 있다.

(2) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Education에저케이션 or오 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 local로우클 government거^v버먼트 may메이 entrust엔트^r러스트 the^ð더 duties두티즈 under언더 Articles아터클즈 59-2 through^θ쓰^r루 59-8 to투 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 specialized스페셜라이즈드 institution.인스티투션

③ 교육부장관 또는 지방자치단체의 장은 제1항 및 제2항에 따라 필요한 경비를 예산의 범위에서 보조 또는 출연할 수 있다.

④ 그 밖에 전문기관의 지정ㆍ운영, 전문기관으로의 업무 위탁 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
