고용정책 기본법 시행령 제18조(지역고용심의회의 운영세칙)

① 이 영에서 규정한 사항 외에 지역고용심의회, 지역고용심의회의 전문위원회 및 실무위원회의 구성ㆍ운영에 필요한 사항은 지역고용심의회의 의결을 거쳐 지역고용심의회의 위원장이 정한다.

② 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 고용심의회의 위원장은 이 영과 제1항에 따라 지역고용심의회의 위원장이 정한 운영세칙에 따라 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 고용심의회의 구성ㆍ운영에 필요한 사항을 따로 정할 수 있다.
