Act on the Establishment, Management, etc. of Spatial Data, Article 23 (Conduct of Cadastral Surveys, etc.)

① 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 지적측량을 하여야 한다. <개정 2013.7.17>

1. 제7조제1항제3호에 따른 지적기준점을 정하는 경우

2. 제25조에 따라 지적측량성과를 검사하는 경우

3. 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우로서 측량을 할 필요가 있는 경우

가. 제74조에 따라 지적공부를 복구하는 경우

(a)어 Restoration^r레스터^r레이션 of어^v브 cadastral캐대스트^r럴 records^r러코즈 under언더 Article아터클 74;

나. 제77조에 따라 토지를 신규등록하는 경우

(b)비 New누 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 of어^v브 land랜드 under언더 Article아터클 77;

다. 제78조에 따라 토지를 등록전환하는 경우

(c)시 Registration^r레지스트^r레이션 conversion컨^v버전 of어^v브 land랜드 under언더 Article아터클 78;

라. 제79조에 따라 토지를 분할하는 경우

(d)디 Division디^v비전 of어^v브 land랜드 under언더 Article아터클 79;

마. 제82조에 따라 바다가 된 토지의 등록을 말소하는 경우

(e)이 Deletion딜리션 of어^v브 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 of어^v브 land랜드 that^ð댓 has해즈 become비컴 sea시 under언더 Article아터클 82;

바. 제83조에 따라 축척을 변경하는 경우

(f)에^f프 Change체인지 of어^v브 scale스케일 under언더 Article아터클 83;

사. 제84조에 따라 지적공부의 등록사항을 정정하는 경우

(g)지 Correction커^r렉션 of어^v브 registered^r레지스터드 matters매터즈 in인 cadastral캐대스트^r럴 records^r러코즈 under언더 Article아터클 84;

아. 제86조에 따른 도시개발사업 등의 시행지역에서 토지의 이동이 있는 경우

(h)에이치 Movement무^v브먼트 of어^v브 land랜드 in인 an앤 area에^r리아 where웨어 an앤 urban얼븐 development디^v벨럽먼트 project,프^r라젝트 etc.엣세터^r러 under언더 Article아터클 86 is이즈 implemented;임플러멘티드

자. 「지적재조사에 관한 특별법」에 따른 지적재조사사업에 따라 토지의 이동이 있는 경우

(i)아이 Movement무^v브먼트 of어^v브 land랜드 under언더 a어 cadastral캐대스트^r럴 resurvey^r리서^v베이 project프^r라젝트 under언더 the^ð더 Special스페실 Act액트 on안 Cadastral캐대스트^r럴 Resurvey;^r리서^v베이

4. 경계점을 지상에 복원하는 경우

5. 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 경우

② 지적측량의 방법 및 절차 등에 필요한 사항은 국토교통부령으로 정한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
