Official Information Disclosure Act, Article 23 (Composition of the Committee)

① 위원회는 성별을 고려하여 위원장과 부위원장 각 1명을 포함한 11명의 위원으로 구성한다. <개정 2020.12.22>

④ 위원장ㆍ부위원장 및 위원은 정보공개 업무와 관련하여 알게 된 정보를 누설하거나 그 정보를 이용하여 본인 또는 타인에게 이익 또는 불이익을 주는 행위를 하여서는 아니 된다.

⑤ 위원장ㆍ부위원장 및 위원 중 공무원이 아닌 사람은 「형법」이나 그 밖의 법률에 따른 벌칙을 적용할 때에는 공무원으로 본다.

⑥ 위원회의 구성과 의결 절차 등 위원회 운영에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
